Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities:
Perform test machine setup, validation, diagnosis of issues encountered and provide resolution of the issue Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of test equipment, ensuring all activities are properly documented Support software verification and validation activities Perform weekly performance report, Troubleshoot and analyze failure product (external/internal) and works with Engineers on the corrective and preventive action Streamlining of process as part of process improvement including documentation creation and update Support data collection/ analysis for trial run and process/ product improvement Conduct training based on identified test methodology/ procedure Handle purchasing, adjustment and shipment for global site support Inventory/ lab maintenance, 5S and EHS Support gas phase coating process Perform other/ ad hoc topic assigned
