Manufacturing Test Software Engineer

As part of the Advanced Manufacturing team, the Manufacturing Test Software Engineer will focus on software to support product testing during the manufacturing process. This position will work closely with contract manufacturers, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and supply chain. This role will support existing test software for maintenance and improvements, and is involved with test process design, new product introductions, factory transitions, and component qualifications. You will have to read engineering documents and then develop test processes. This would include test requirement documentation, writing of the test code itself, and analytics of the test data output from the factory. You will review factory yields to determine where improvements can be made to increase yield and productivity. It is a fast-paced environment that requires strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
