- Ensure full compliance with operational and safety standards set by terminals, charterers, clients, as well as applicable international and local regulations.
- Meet all requirements related to marine management, navigation audits, and inspection activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee audits and inspections conducted by recognised organisations (RO), including ISM, ISPS, and MLC.
- Handle the scheduling and management of vetting inspections, including submissions through the OCIMF SIRE platform.
- Ensure shipboard personnel are competent in their duties and well-versed in the Safety Management System through continuous monitoring, training, and feedback.
- Ensure all marine operations are executed safely and efficiently in accordance with the Safety Management System.
