Marine Operations & Safety Leader

A maritime operations company is seeking a Marine Manager / Designated Person Ashore (DPA) to lead marine operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of sea-going experience, including 2–3 years as a Master. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety management systems, overseeing vessel performance, and preparing for audits. Strong knowledge of marine regulations such as SOLAS and MARPOL is essential. This position will be based in Alabang, Metro Manila, requiring close collaboration with vessels and various operations.
