Marine Site Supervisor

dteq is an integral part of the deugro group, specializing in transport engineering for heavy lift cargo operations. We are seeking a Marine Site Supervisor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead loading and unloading operations of heavy and out‑of‑gauge cargoes at the port for LOLO and RORO operations.
• Verify planned lifting operations against issued lifting and rigging plans/documentation.
• Supervise lashing and securing activities, following issued plans, best practices and industry standards (DNV ST‑N001 and/or IMO CSS standards).
• Conduct and lead tool‑box talks and go‑no‑go meetings on site.
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting during and after operations.
• Manage and troubleshoot material movements on site.
• Perform calculations for lashing and securing on the vessel, when required.
