Market Developer Manager Retail – EMEA Distribution

We’re looking for an experienced professional to develop retail channels for our construction materials across EMEA region. This newly created role can be based in any country in Europe where Sika operates, with regular travel across the region (approximately 30‑40% of working time).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop retail channels (home centers, hardware stores, online shops) across the EMEA region in close collaboration with local marketing teams.
• Lead different key accounts in retail in the region.
• Define and implement the regional retail channel strategy in collaboration with Corporate Distribution, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.
• Drive the growth of key retail channels, including Hardware Stores and Pure Internet Players (PIP).
