Market Development Consultant

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consulting engineers, developers, contractors, quantity surveyors, and key industry stakeholders.
• Drive product specification and approval on commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients.
• Support project pipelines from specification through to project completion.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve business objectives.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records.
