Job Description – GTM Research & Outreach Associate

Role Overview:

• We are hiring a disciplined and execution-focused GTM Research & Outreach Associate.The role involves structured B2B outreach, account research, and pipeline management targeting US and India AI SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build target account lists (AI SaaS / Document AI / Fintech)


• Identify decision makers (Head of AI, VP Ops, Director Data)


• Execute LinkedIn outreach & cold email campaigns


• Maintain CRM with daily updates


• Track follow-ups (minimum 3 touches per contact)


• Generate 5–8 qualified meetings per week target

Ideal Profile:

• 1–3 years experience in B2B lead generation / SaaS outreach


• Strong written English


• Process-oriented and disciplined


• Comfortable working with LinkedIn & CRM too...
