 As our Marketing and Recruiting Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and projects related to sales, recruiting, and internal communications, and will assistant the team on creative projects.
 Responsibilities
 Manage all collateral orders and shipments including signage, marketing kits, swag and gifts. This involves working with external vendors, key stakeholders, and local markets to ensure orders are placed, tracked, and arrive on-time
 Using templates, create and order/reorder business cards and other collateral for all new hires and staff.
 Manage internal and external staff award programs including tracking dates and ordering awards
 Order conference and event collateral including name tags, agendas and signage 
 Using templates, post internal and external job listings on Indeed, other job boards and social media platforms...
