Job Description
Marketing Assistant Manager who will support the Marketing Manager in overseeing marketing operations across:
- Bar operations
- Franchise businesses
- Retail
- Advertising campaigns
- On-ground and online marketing initiatives
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing overall marketing strategy across all business units
- Oversee both on-ground activations and digital campaigns
- Support paid ads management (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Coordinate with branch managers, franchise partners, and retail teams
- Monitor daily marketing performance and sales impact
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and locations
- Assist in planning promos, events, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Track KPIs (sales, foot traffic, leads, ROAS, engagement)
