- 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, mobile/on-device, and/or display), including proven ability to drive engagement and sales outcomes.
- Strong technical proficiency with CMS tools, basic HTML/XML editing, and data analysis using SQL and Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with experience writing customer-facing copy, reporting to senior stakeholders, and collaborating across cross-functional teams
