Position Description:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Automation Manager to lead our lifecycle and demand email marketing programs. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email initiatives that drive customer engagement, nurture leads, convert pipeline opportunities and drive ecommerce revenue. The ideal candidate has deep B2B experience, understands complex customer journeys, and can leverage Eloqua (or a comparable enterprise MAP/Marketing Automation Platform) to deliver personalized, high-impact campaigns at scale.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize always-on lifecycle campaigns (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, win-back).
Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to increase engagement and conversion.
