Jem is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to own the Jem Mobile campaigns calendar end-to-end. Jem is a fast-growing HR tech scale-up building payroll, HR, and benefits tools for frontline teams, currently supporting just under 200,000 frontline employees across South Africa. Jem Mobile is one of our fastest-growing product lines, putting affordable airtime, data and devices into the hands of frontline workers through payroll deduction.

This is a hybrid role that sits across planning, copywriting, content creation, and customer journey design. You'll own the plan, the content and the journey. You won't just run the calendar, you'll fill it with ideas worth running, measure what works and sharpen the customer experience quarter on quarter.
