Marketing Cloud Development Lead

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Cloud Development Lead is a hands-on technical leadership role that partners closely with the Sr. SFMC Architect and serves as a close peer in execution planning, prioritization, and solution design. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions while providing ongoing technical leadership, coaching, and development standards for India CRM resources. The role actively leads development across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio, ensuring solutions are performant, scalable, and aligned with enterprise data architecture. This includes building dynamic, personalized messaging, integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems, and enabling seamless data flow to support advanced segmentation and customer journeys.
