Marketing Communication Coordinator - Clinique North America

**Description**

**Marketing and Sales Operation Support:**

+ Weekly MCC Touch base : MCC Team Collaboration call discussing Best Practices/Tool discovery, and Strategy Updates
+ Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and seasonal sales reports to the Field as deemed necessary by VP Field Sales.
+ Coordinate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Education, Visual Merchandising teams weekly to compile Field communication for Friday distribution.
+ Prepare reports for all Field visits, work with Field team to customize for each market visit.
+ Prepare and deliver sales analytics based on specialized needs, ie: Competitive sales tracking, Top Doors.
+ Manage Open Job Report, collect all information and send it to talent acquisition (twice a month)
+ Process No-Charge; Gratis (Quarterly Gratis for all of North America, & goal based Gratis), Source-4; Staples and other orders to support the team and maintain Field supplies.
