Marketing Content Specialist

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing technical or technology content — B2B preferred, ICT sector a strong

advantage

• Demonstrated ability to explain complex ICT topics in plain, engaging language for a non-technical

business audience • • • Basic SEO knowledge — understanding of keyword targeting, on-page

optimization, and content structure for search visibility

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Information Technology, or a related field

• Experience producing case studies, whitepapers, blog content, and email marketing copy

• Ability to work from a Brand Voice Guide and maintain consistent tone across multiple content types and platforms

• Basic understanding of ICT concepts — networking, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services — enough

to write accurately about them

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with Canva or basic design too...
