ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:
Marketing & Digital Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with hotel business priorities, in partnership with the General Manager Actively participate in demand generation and SMR strategy development Support topline revenue growth, RevPAR, and share‑of‑wallet objectives through targeted marketing initiatives Partner with Revenue Management to develop and execute promotional strategies Reconcile marketing plans monthly with accruals and forecasts in collaboration with the Director of Finance Manage digital strategy across Marriott.com, third‑party channels, paid media, and local partner platforms Support group lead generation initiatives
