Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. 6 years of creative development experience (including but not limited to print and digital advertising, collateral, email and direct mail campaigns, magazine and website creative, event support) to include experience managing professional level employees or program management.
Position Purpose:
Utilize design skills, thought leadership and management experience to create and execute customer-facing design solutions across digital experiences (UX/UI), advertisements, print and physical space executions. Manage and develop a talented team of graphic and UX/UI designers. Ensure all designs meet strategic objectives, quality expectations and follow brand guidelines.
