Duties and responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets. Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across all product lines. Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning. Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and KPI setting.
• Trade Marketing Management: Oversee trade programs, dealer/distributor engagement, and in-store execution. Develop promotions, incentives, and merchandising strategies to drive sell-through. Ensure strong presence across retail, hardware stores, and distribution channels. Collaborate closely with sales to align trade activities with volume targets.
