Marketing Executive

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Executive. You will be responsible for managing and attending events and supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their BD action plans and opportunities.
The role:
* Managing and attending events and webinars with flexibility to attend out of hours events
* Managing and attending key external networking events with flexibility to attend out of hours events e.g. awards
* Managing tenders for private and public sector legal panels
* Producing credentials, proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
* Producing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gift for seminars and hospitality events
* Supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their client, team and individual BD plans
* Managing office BD meeting notes and follow actions
* Coordinating submissions for legal directories
* Keeping the firm’s CRM system up to date with key contacts details
