What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in F&B, retail, and customer‑driven environments
• Creative, analytical, and proactive mindset
• Willingness to begin in a hands‑on operational role for 3‑6 months
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including external partners (e.g., mall management)
