Job Description
What you will do
- Maximize the brand potential at the national level
- Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and other related functions and partners to increase brand performance
- Develop the annual brand plan, design, and implement all related marketing activities, including budget control
- Understand business dynamics, identify business opportunities, and build strategies accordingly to improve brand potential at a national level
- Partner with regional and global Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement them locally where applicable
- Work with the sales team and plan field visits to acquire feedback and market insights
- Craft and implement tactical plans in line with the strategy
