Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Categories to join our growing team. As Category Manager, you will help grow a portfolio by turning category strategy into strong in‑market execution, leading launches, building trade programs, and using data‑driven insights to drive revenue, profitability, and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute category strategy and assortment priorities to drive growth, share, and profitability.
• Own channel‑specific go‑to‑market plans for launches and campaigns, including post‑launch reviews.
• Evaluate launch and trade performance through post‑mortems and apply learnings to future plans.
• Build and manage trade calendars, programs, budgets, and sales tools across key channels.
• Track category revenue, P&L, trade spend, and ROI, and flag risks with clear recommendations.
