Job Title: Marketing & Design Manager
Position Summary:
Pete’s Fresh Market (PFM) is a family owned and operated supermarket and one of the leading independent grocers in the greater Chicagoland area. With 17 established locations and more on the way, PFM is looking to bring on motivated and knowledgeable leaders to the Pete's Team. This position will be focused on the following objectives:
- Increase PFM brand awareness and preference
- Aid profitability by implementing and analyzing marketing initiatives to build market share, improve retention, and increase average basket size
- Attract new target markets in addition to maintain existing customer base
- Stay on top of new trends
- Communicate with corporate leadership team, buyers, and store managers to execute in-store events, sales campaigns, and programs
