Key Purpose of the Role
Manage the marketing team, including Telemarketers, to generate leads to the sales funnel through execution of a master marketing plan and leveraging a high-quality database. Work closely with business owners to develop and execute an annual marketing plan. Ensure timely and quality execution of planned campaigns, leading to high-quality leads for the sales team.
Strategic Outcome
Growth of hot/warm leads and increase in the quality and quantity of leads. Execution of the marketing plan in line with the Sales Go-To-Market Strategy. Expansion of the Customer Database for targeted segments by regions. Team development.
Marketing Planning
Drive the creation of the local plan, working together as a team, involving sales. Define parameters and campaign elements, including conceptualization and upfront estimation of KPIs. Plan and organize a qualified customer database for targeted segments.
