Inoki Bathhouse is hiring a Marketing Manager (Growth & Performance) to lead revenue‑driving marketing across email, paid ads, and conversion optimization.

Working directly with the founder, you’ll own the core growth channels of the business and help scale a fast‑growing wellness brand in 2026. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys testing, iterating, and turning insights into measurable growth.
