- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- At least 3 years experience in marketing leadership or campaign management



Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead multi-channel marketing strategies for various business units

- Plan and execute events, activations, and PR campaigns - Collaborate closely with Business Unit Marketing Specialists

- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer

- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning

- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (ROI, engagement, conversion)

- Build sustainable and scalable marketing systems
