Tumoohy طموحي is AbbVies Emirati graduate program designed to develop high-potential UAE National talent through a structured 1824-month rotational journey. Participants gain hands‑on experience real responsibilities and cross‑functional exposure across AbbVie building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

Program Tracks & Rotations:

For candidates holding a Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical sciences, Business Marketing or any relevant field with a strong interest in Marketing Operation roles. Candidate will rotate across two main functions within Allergan Aesthetics: Marketing Operations and Allergan Medical Institute (AMI). The rotation provides hands‑on exposure to both commercial marketing activities and AMI training and education initiatives across the Gulf region.
