Job Description

The Marketing Operations Intern role will support our marketing operations manager and wider global marketing team with budget and spend management and process support. This is a cross-functional role working with other departments such as procurement, legal, finance and IT. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations and contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the marketing spend process, including review incoming requests to ensure proper documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with procurement policies and objectives.

  • Assist with financial data management and budget reconciliations.

  • Help in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for marketing processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager.
