Marketing Operations & Trade Lead

Responsibilities

• Own trade marketing execution: POP/signage, posters, shelf talkers, table tents; create branch rollout instructions and deadlines.
• Branch audit: weekly spot-checks (photo proof) and monthly on-site audits (as scheduled).
• Google Business: ensure hours, contact, photos, and weekly posts are updated; manage review response workflow using templates.
• Viber governance support: enforce templates and schedule compliance across branches; consolidate branch requests.
• Events coordination: calendar, vendor/branch coordination, run-of-show checklist, documentation plan, and post-event P&L collection.
• Maintain Marketing execution tracker and POP inventory list; coordinate printing and deployment logistics.
• Support B2B marketing updates (catalogue/deck) via templates and coordination with B2B inputs.
