Lead the development, launch, and execution of strategic marketing programs that support Bayer’s Crop Protection portfolio across Eastern Canada. Work cross‑functionally with sales, technical, and product teams to drive brand performance and customer impact in key market segments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement strategic marketing programs and pricing strategies for the Crop Protection line.
• Lead comprehensive marketing campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and deploy foundational marketing campaigns focused on priority solutions, balancing broad components with localized flexibility.
• Create and execute marketing programs and tactics, including agronomic solutions, cross‑sell/upsell programs, and product launch incentives.
• Execute pricing strategy in alignment with organizational guidance.
