Marketing SEO Manager Italian Market (Barcelona)

At Factorial we’re looking for a new SEO Manager for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our SEO & Growth team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving organic and AI‑powered growth in Italy, you’ll own the Italian SEO strategy, identify growth opportunities, and improve organic performance across the funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the SEO strategy for the Italian market, covering on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep‑dives to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and define priorities to improve site health and performance.
• Collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to integrate SEO into product and marketing initiatives.
