Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Plan, create, and manage marketing content across digital platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), newsletters, websites, and other communication channels.
- Conduct product training and educational sessions for sales executives, distributors, and customers through various channels, including face‑to‑face, classroom, and online platforms.
- Organize and conduct health talks, workshops, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Provide professional support in handling product‑related enquiries from local and international customers.
