Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a visionary and motivated Senior AI Process Architect to join our Global Strategy and Planning team within the Marketing function.

In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the lead engineer of our marketing Artificial Intelligence orchestration engine, transforming manual, fragmented processes into a resilient, autonomous ecosystem. You will act as a Builder-Strategist who navigates ambiguity to move our marketing function from reactive stability to predictive agility.

As a key member of the Global Strategy and Planning team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing and the broader Enterprise to shape the future of Artificial Intelligence-native marketing.
