Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Marketplace Team Lead!
Role Purpose The Marketplace Team Lead is responsible for the commercial direction (informed by the needs and strategy of the Business Units and broader company), mentorship, operational & commercial oversight of the E-Commerce Coordinators and the Marketplaces. The primary function of this role is to facilitate, motivate, and guide the coordinators (across Consumer Electronics and Home Business Units) to ensure peak operational and commercial excellence.
While the marketplace coordinators focus on execution, the Team Lead focuses on unlocking growth levers, removing organizational blockers, and ensuring that marketplace activities align with broader Business Unit (BU) strategies. This role acts as the bridge between high-level commercial goals and day-to-day tactical output.
