Markets Sales Business Control Management - Vice President

Join our Markets Sales & Research Business Controls Management (BCM) team as a Vice President in Singapore, where you’ll lead the controls oversight of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Markets Sales businesses across APAC. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse set of securities and derivative products and to be part of a dynamic team that drives consistent operational risk practices and control programs.

• Lead the development and implementation of procedures on Front Office Supervision and build supervisory controls, facilitating their execution and exception management.
• Establish control governance and reporting to identify meaningful metrics and manage control committees.
