Title: Shift Manager (Bolton Pet Plant)
Required Shift:
12 Hour rotating shifts - Monday - Friday
Shift rotates between days (7am- 7:30pm) and nights (7pm- 7:30am)

Job Purpose
The Shift Manager is a shift-based, front-line operations people Manager who efficiently improves Quality, Human Safety, and Product Cost Conversion while Engaging and Developing talent.
The Shift Manager is responsible for delivering operational targets and leading teams of, on average, 22 Shift associates.
