Overview
The Marshall provides exceptional professionalism and customer service to members and guests on the course. This role enforces club rules related to golf etiquette and play with a balance of courtesy and authority, while proactively ensuring a smooth pace of play and fostering a positive overall experience for all players.
Reports to the Head Golf Professional.

Experience Required
Prior experience in a similar role or extensive knowledge of golf preferred.
Ability to walk long distances and carry heavy bags for extended periods.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
Excellent knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
High attention to detail and reliability.
