Job Description
We are seeking a Martech Enablement Operations Lead to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the end-to-end owner of our marketing technology ecosystem and customer insights tech stack, leading the design, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing programs.
You will drive the data insights & AI usecases for customer engagement experiences, across multi-channel marketing (Doo2Door, Outbound Calling, Email Marketing, Digital Marketing) and other core Martech solutions. This role blends strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to deliver scalable, high-impact customer experiences. 
Impact:
Own and lead end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing workstreams, from grooming through execution, optimization, and measurement, driving incremental revenue, conversions, engagement, and increased customer retention
