Massage Therapist - Pain Services - Per Diem

Position Summary: Provides massage therapy service.

Experience: None required.

Essential Functions: Provides massage therapy service to the community. Organizes time to account for workload, priorities, meetings, and/or emergencies. Recognizes and reports potential problems to immediate supervisor. Demonstrates listening, understanding, and sensitivity to verbal/nonverbal communication. Communicates effectively and tactfully to patients, employees, families, physicians, and other hospital personnel. Demonstrates effective time management, flexibility and prioritizes responsibilities appropriately. Maintains confidentiality and privacy, i.e., client/family finances, records, health status, employee records, etc. Demonstrates an awareness of departmental activities and goals in an attempt at achieving those goals.
