Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
. Perform treatment / services for guests using safe, comfortable, hygienic manner and professional techniques.
. Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the shop.
. Assist in any and all ways in the shop when not scheduled to perform treatment / services, which include acting as receptionist.
. Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service and shift.
. Courteously and professionally interact and answer all work related questions from guests.
. Serve as catalyst to cross sell and promote related services to guests.
. To perform other duties assigned by the superior
