Masterbatch Production Tech Lead — Continuous Mixers

Course is seeking a Masterbatch Production Technical Specialist to relocate to Lima, Peru. This role involves improving the performance of TSCM equipment and leading maintenance activities in a prominent international plastics company.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years in industrial manufacturing and experience with Farrell Pomini Continuous Mixers and black masterbatch production, to ensure efficiency in operations and equipment reliability.
