Description: The Mat Pilates instructor is responsible for leading both beginning and experienced exercises in safe and effective group classes. The goal of our wellness programs are to assist members in making a healthy lifestyle changes, to build self-esteem, and encourage consistency.
Duties:
- Leads energizing, fun, safe, and educational group classes, as directed by the supervisor, to accomplish the YMCA mission and goals.
