Material Movement Operator

Zentech Manufacturing is currently looking for a Material Movement Operator to work in our Bloomington, IL location. This position is considered an entry level role in a electronics manufacturing environment. 

The Surface Mount Loader( Material Movement Operator) is responsible for loading components into trays in preparation for placement on Printed Circuit Boards. Inspect and verify components are correct per data sheet and customer specifications.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•Load components in feeders

•Prep jobs for SMT lines

•Create serial labels for jobs

•Unload jobs after SMT run

•Verify incoming kits

•Label boards and perform any prep before SMT runs

Position Qualifications

•HS Diploma/GED

•Able to read and comprehend instructions and ability to read schematics

•Able to sit or stand for long periods of time

•Able to work with minimal supervision

•Detail oriented
