Material Prep, Assoc

Under close supervision, this position supports Operations by masking and deburring customer components using engineering operations sheets and verbal instructions from Group Leaders and Supervisors. This position works on more basic components and is limited in the scope and the complexity of the parts and departments in which they work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Carefully identify and scribe masking area on components and mask and trim parts ensuring the customer compenent coating quality end product Deburr components incuding removing tape, overspray, and sharp edges. Determine correct part cleaning method if required and clean parts accordingly. Verify completion and sign off for all previous operations.
