Main Functions

The materials Coordinator is responsible for performing and/or managing all activities required for effective end-to-end materials coordination in support of projects. This role serves as the key interface between the business unit and procurement, ensuring smooth alignment across functions. The coordinator works closely with planning, inventory, vendors, buyers, and maintenance teams daily, providing customer support, timely communication, and a high level of materials and services fulfillment to support site maintenance activities. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced role requiring robust communication, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail.
