Materials Expeditor - Job Summary
The Materials Expeditor supports the Materials Procurement team by ensuring the timely delivery of materials and engineered equipment for pipeline and terminal facility projects. This role plays a critical part in meeting project schedules through proactive coordination, tracking, and vendor follow-up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify critical materials and schedule requirements.

  • Develop and maintain a critical items list for assigned projects.

  • Proactively expedite purchase orders to ensure materials and components are delivered on schedule.

  • Partner with Buyers and the Materials Manager to clearly define and confirm vendor delivery commitments.

  • Obtain and track weekly status updates from vendors on critical materials.
