Job Description
- Supervise daily materials handling activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and internal transport of materials
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production areas (e.g., cane milling, fermentation, distillation, utilities)
- Oversee loading and unloading operations of trucks and delivery vehicles
- Monitor handling of finished products and by-products (e.g., ethanol, molasses, CO2, vinasse if applicable)
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO implementation where applicable
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Procurement teams for material requirements
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve materials handling efficiency
