The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.
The impact you’ll makeResponsible for planning and monitoring the materials and products used by the Account team. Ensure that the region doesn't run out of the materials/parts needed to support our customers. Portfolio includes managing the flow of inventory and making sure products are properly shipped to customers. Partnering with the Account team, you set up a business process for determining proper stocking and replenishment level and representing the region to the corporate to get the required stock.
