Materials Supervisor (San Luis Potosí)

Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Materials Supervisor.

What you’ll do

This role is responsible for ECJV and Eaton Transmissions parts Supply and Delivery. It is the Lead and Owner of Aftermarket transmissions parts business, from Material plan to shipping. The supervisor ensures all material arrives on time at ELC, remains within MIN‑MAX range, and follows the planning team supply plan. Main KPIs include OTD, Past Due, Inventory Value, and Premium Freight.

The role coordinates and drives functions such as Material Planning and ELC peers to ensure kits or sub‑assemblies are built and shipped on schedule. Collaboration occurs with CSR, Account Managers (ECJV and Eaton), and the SIOP team to discuss forecast accuracy and future demand. Forecasted demand is analyzed to maintain adequate safety stock and strategic inventory levels for Eaton/ECJV purchasing items.
